We all move. If we stop, we cease to live. Our arteries pump blood, our lungs inflate and deflate, and our vocal cords vibrate. The very verbs we use to describe these basic autonomic and metabolic functions are packed with potential kinetic energy...they are performative. "Pump" as in on a swing, "inflate and deflate" as in a bagpipe playing the timeless notes to Amazing Grace, and "vibrate" as the guitar strums the chords to Good Vibrations. "Move", by definition, is also performative.

The Vieve Movement is a practice, a philosophy, and a life-changing process of empowering participation through the use of research-backed, peer-reviewed, whole body movement.
